El tratamiento consiste en la mayoría de las veces en resección segmentaria de la porción donde se encuentra el Divertículo de Meckel con confección de anastomosis termino terminal, ya que es la técnica más fiable para una evolución eficaz y sin complicaciones como la cita “C. Grapin en su artículo de cirugía del divertículo de Meckel”, en nuestro caso se realizo mediante esta técnica y la paciente egreso a los cinco días del servicio de cirugía general sin complicaciones con una evolución satisfactoria.
